We transformed this landmarked four-story wood-frame home with a comprehensive renovation. After removing a central chimney, we opened the first floor to create a spacious kitchen and dining area. Highlights include four new bathrooms, a custom Ipe deck, white oak floors with walnut inlay, central air and heat, and all-new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
